Final publishable report

This report summarises the project’s objectives, activities and achievements in a simple, easily readable way. The report presents the tangible results of the project, as well as lessons learnt across the different phases of designing and implementing energy efficiency/renewable energy schemes for energy poor households. The report also includes recommendations for national policy makers and for utilities designing schemes for the energy poor.
