Roles
The eight utilities and energy suppliers focus on the design and implementation of innovative schemes to help alleviate energy poverty. The technical organisations lead the development of the SocialWatt tools, the capacity building activities and the overall project’s exploitation and replication, as well as support the development and implementation of the schemes. CARITAS AUSTRIA bridges the gap between utilities and energy consumers and enhances the role of social services in mitigating energy poverty.
